About the Process

It’s simple! Click the “Contact Us” button or the link in the upper right of our website, and you’ll be directed to our contact page. From there, you can schedule the free initial consultation. We do not require payment or send an invoice until after the initial intake call is complete and both parties feel good about moving forward with the service(s).

For resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn optimization we’ll ask for your current resume (if you have one), job descriptions or links to your target roles, and details about your skills, achievements, and career goals. For coaching, we’ll start with a discovery call to understand your needs and objectives.

The initial draft of the resume typically takes 3-5 business days after paying for the service, and then can be edited and iterated on for the following few weeks. Generally, the resume is completed first and and that final draft is used as the foundation for other services like a cover letter or LinkedIn profile. If you need an expedited turnaround time we can discuss rush options – just let us know!

Yes. We offer bundled services, such as resume writing combined with a cover letter and LinkedIn profile. We also offer a discount for bundled career coaching sessions. Finally, as a veteran-owned and operated business, we offer a military discount on any services ordered by current service members and veterans. We can discuss specifics tailored to you as part of the intake process.
